The crown plaza in Via Port is the perfect hotel for bigger groups of friends. The staff is friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel offers a spa, indoor swimming pool, and is connected to Viaport outlet, providing plenty of shopping and dining options. The reception service is excellent with Arabic speakers available.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints at all.

The location of the hotel was great, and the rooms werevery comfy and tidy. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, above average for a Crowne Plaza hotel. The staff at the 8th floor lounge were attentive and the food quality was excellent. We also appreciated the shuttle service provided to the airport.

The hotel offers a spacious room and great breakfast. Connected to a shopping mall. Staff were helpful and supportive. Free luxury airport shuttle.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to both the airport and a great shopping mall. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The underground parking with security was a convenient feature. the hotel offered a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, making our transportation hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was massive and provided a wide variety of options. the best aspect of our stay was the staff. Two lovely ladies, Evren and Ayga, greeted us at the reception with warm smiles and really good service. They were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to answer all of our questions and provide fast service, including promptly delivering a baby cot to our room.

The hotel is conveniently located next to ViaPort commercial center, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast at the hotel is exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Guests can also enjoy the view of the surrounding area from some of the rooms. the hotel is near the airport, providing convenience for travelers.
Some areas of the hotel, such as the swimming pool and restaurant staff's language proficiency, could use improvement.

This hotel is a luxurious and high-end venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the Spa & Wellness Centre offered a relaxing experience. the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were clean and comfortable while the massage services were beyond my expectations. the beauty treatments and Turkish bath added to the overall experience. the restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience with a variety of special diet menus.
The hotel had only one minor issue, the steam room was out of order. the leisure/TV room was cramped and did not offer much privacy, but this was a minor point as the rest of the hotel was immaculate.
